We have to take a little road trip tomorrow so I had to finish up my OLW challenge for this week a little early...go me! I used my July Label Tulip kit for this LO about our recent trip to Cali!

today is reveal day at the dream girls challenge blog so I can now share the LO I did as the guest DT member!! come on over and play with me!!

Challenge 33: On the wings of love
Prompt: Wings on your project...I think you can figure this one out!
Technique: Paint...I stamped the journaling lines and the circles with white acrylic paint.
Product: Glitter...and I used glitter on the "waves"



I also did a LO for a sass challenge at the scrap-diner ...well...because I love the sass!

hello again

yes...I'm back!

I have another challenge LO to share...this one for the dreamgirls challenge...use the word measure...use measuring tape (I used some daisy d's rub ons)...and some distressing (I inked the paper and crackled the chip elements).

mags is about 1.5 months old here...the hidden journaling reads...today, tomorrow and every day, your daddy loves you unconditionally.

we are once again preparing to go to san francisco...crossing my fingers that we all stay healthy for the next week!

finished up my OLW challenge LO...usually I wait until the last minute, but since I won't be home, I had to get it done early

OLW why?



that is mags right before her first birthday...just a few days before moving away from san francisco...and I am always asked why we moved from such a great place...and it really is a fantastic place to live...but we were tired of working 50-60 hours a week...of the constant traveling...of being away from all of our family...so we slowed down and don't regret it one bit!

well...I have been very busy working on challenges for the Label Tulip birthday party...oh, the joys of summer!!

first up is my OLW challenge LO for this week using the word JOY...it is a lift of Danielle, one of the many talented DT members of LT...I used the June LT kit as well...I think that is about 5 LOs I have made from the kit...and there is plenty more to use on other LOs!



there is also a birthday card challenge...so I made 2...

the first one uses a page from a maya road chip album...



and the second one uses a quickutz die and some cardstock...super easy...and super cute!
